Digital drawings are created using Alias Sketchbook Pro and a Wacom Digitizing Tablet. I either start with a photograph or a scanned sketch. The major lines are drawn in first. Then I start shading. If I need large areas of solid color, I switch from the pencil tool to the brush or marker. Subtle shadings are built up with hatching and cross-hatching.
